1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and TechTrendGo ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the techtrendgo.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

By accessing the site or engaging our digital services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Services & Scope

TechTrendGo offers digital design, website development, application development, SEO audits, paid ad management, and branding/identity consultancy. The details, timeline, milestones, and specific deliverables for any engagement will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project contract signed by both parties.

3. Payment Terms & Billing

For custom development and design contracts:

Deposits: An upfront deposit (as defined in your contract) is required prior to starting project works. Deposits are non-refundable once development or design sprints have commenced.
Milestone Payments: Subsequent payments are tied to milestone reviews. Delays in review or approval of milestones exceeding 10 business days may result in scheduling pauses or billing adjustments.
Retainers & Ad Budgets: Marketing retainers are billed monthly in advance. Ad spends (Google/Meta ad budget) are funded directly by the client or invoiced separately before campaigns launch.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise specified in your specific service agreement:

Project Code & Assets: Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices, TechTrendGo transfers and assigns the ownership of the custom codebase, graphics, and design assets developed exclusively for your project.
Core Abstractions & Tools: TechTrendGo retains all rights, titles, and interests in any pre-existing code modules, tools, frameworks, and developer workflows utilized to build your website or app.

5. User Obligations

When communicating with our team or utilizing our contact form, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete personal and business details.
Refrain from submitting spam, commercial pitches, or malicious files through our web forms.
Provide timely feedback during design and engineering sprints to ensure calendar timelines are respected.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will TechTrendGo, its developers, content creators, or directors be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the website or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and your relationship with TechTrendGo shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms of Service. You waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.
